If your wait os long or short there is enough facilities to keep you occupied wether you are arriving at Terminal 2 or you are waiting to pick someone up.
For those who are waiting to collect someone at Terminal 2 there is ample parking for long and short term use all at an affordable cost. When arriving at Terminal 2 passengers must undergo the standard checks at passport control and then they are free to enter British soil and continue with their ongoing journey.

Manchester Airport Arrivals Terminal 1 arrive in to the main terminal at Manchester Airport which is the largest and also the oldest.
Terminal 1 arrivals hosts a number of shops and services such as WHSmith and the Post office as well as places to eat and drink to refresh you while you are waiting for a flight to arrive or you have just arrived after a long international flight.
Fort all Manchester Airport Arrivals Terminal 1 there is ample parking for short and long term so if a flight is delayed or you are at the airport a while then you need not worry about parking. All arrivals in to Terminal 1 have to undergo screening through passport control and then they will appear through the arrivals gate where they are free from air side restrictions and can carry on with their onward journey
